When you place an order with 45-7 Records, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, invoice address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your daytime contact telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. This number, along with the delivery address may be given to companies we employ to complete deliveries.

We strive to improve the shopping experience of our visitors by monitoring traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Use of Personal Information for Marketing.
We will not contact you by post or e-mail in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you have given 45-7 Records permission to contact you in the future we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us with each communication.

The personal information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
